2. How it works?
It’s so simple. Each day we send you a cool new Deal - or Beal with biggest offers ever to hit your town on all things ranging from meals to heels! Most of the Beals will have a tipping point - minimum number of people to unlock the Beal of the day. So once you receive the news of a new Beal spread the news around to hit the tipping point. So everyone can enjoy!!!
3. What is a tipping point? Is there a tipping point for all the deals?
Numbers do the trick here. We assure our local businesses a minimum number of orders to get a higher discount for your benefit. Through this we expand their price-quantity percentage as we quantify buyer strength. Generally bigger discounts have a higher tipping point. But not all Beals will have a tipping point. It’s clearly mentioned under each Beal.
4. Do I have to tell my friends?
Of course go ahead and spread the word if you may – as it is only when the tipping point hits it limit you can snatch up your offer. If Beal doesn’t hit the limit bar you will not be charged but you will lose the biggest Beal offer to come your way. 5. How can I buy the deal?
Simply click the ‘BUY’ button on our Beal page which goes through a simple quick payment process to place your bid. Once the tipping point is reached the Beal is activated and you will receive an email notification with details on your success.
6. Am I charged right away?
When there is a tipping point - payment processed after we reach the minimum if not customer is charged right away.
7. How do I know it's safe to buy with DestBeals?

8. Can I return a purchase?

11. Why there are different Terms in each Beal?
The nature of the voucher change slightly with the terms merchants agrees with us when giving their deal. Some of the merchants like to add more benefits to the voucher while some would like to keep their codes clear. It’s all there to ensure you will be able to use the voucher without facing any difficulties, misunderstandings, so you can use it comfortably.
12. When do I get my Beal?
When the Beal reaches its tipping point it will be activated and you will receive an email with voucher details, receipt for the payment and instructions on how you can redeem.
13. I bought a voucher. How can I use it?
Simply show your voucher to the merchant, redeem your Beal and enjoy! Don’t forget to share your experience with us. We love to hear it from you and it will help us to bring back those awesome Beals to you.
14. It can be redeemed only on the Deal Day?
Each Beal has a different expiry date you do not need to redeem it on the day of purchase. Most deals have a long expiry period usually up to 6-9 months, so you'll have a good window to redeem your DestBeal unless the terms and conditions of the deal state otherwise.
15. Does it matter whose name is on the voucher?
Vouchers cannot be transferred to someone else. The owner of the voucher must be present to redeem it. If there is any special circumstance or if you have made a mistake, do contact us and we will try our best to help you out.
16. Can I combine my Beal voucher with other vouchers?
Generally no, unless the particular merchant agrees to it, if that’s the case we will surely mention it in the highlights.
17. Does my voucher covers service charges, taxes etc?
Luckily our voucher covers the BIGGEST figure on the bill but unfortunately in some rare cases it won’t cover small additional chargers like the service charge and taxes, so make sure to check with the merchant or carry few extra bucks with you.
18. Can I use my Beals voucher with other friends who bought it?
Of course, just make sure that if you're going in a big group to book in advance and read the deal fine print to make sure you and the merchant both end up with a great experience.
19. I don't have a Credit Card. Is there another way I can grab a deal?
Yes. You could simply choose cash on delivery option or pay at our office location. We are also working on enabling mobile payment facilities soon to create safer and secure payment options. If you are still not clear please do send us an email will get back to you right away.
20. Is there a limit that I can introduce?
There are no boundaries.
21. Why was the deal cancelled? I bought a Beal voucher, I changed my mind. What happens if there are not enough people?
If not enough people sign up before the rewarding point reaches it time limit, then the Beal gets automatically cancelled. You will not be charged and your payment will be cancelled. We apologize for any inconveniences but remember to win the Beal is entirely in your hands – spread the word to win your Beal!
22. What do I do if I don't get an email after grabbing a deal?
Sometimes our emails are blocked or filtered and even our email servers get tired occasionally! Please use our contact form and select I have a question about vouchers from the drop down list. We'll fix it up quick smart. Also make sure to give us the correct email address for this purpose.
23. The business won't redeem my voucher and it has not expired?
We make sure there won't be such situations, yet if you are to face such one on redeeming your voucher do contact us via our email form and select "I have a question about vouchers" from the drop down list and our customer care officer will get in touch with you.
24. When can I use my voucher after purchase?
Upon receiving the Beal voucher you can use it before the expiry date. So please read the Beal fine print carefully.
25. Why do you check ID when redeeming deals?
We have to ensure that you get what you paid for so personal identification is important at the time of receiving your Beal.
26. I just got an email from DestBeals saying that the deal was successful and that I got charged. Now what?
Enjoy! You have been successful in completing your win through snatching the Beal. Now print the receipt and use it as and when you need with your closest friends (make sure you read the terms and conditions of the offer well).
27. What if the business for my Beals closes down?
If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your Dest Beal, we guarantee your money back.
